Escape is a 3D Linear Stealth level.

Elements

Player : Health / Stamina / Movement / Interaction / Takedown & distract enemies. Enemy : Health / Patrol / Aggro / Shooting. Environment : Normal Triggers / Pickable Items.

Mission Objective

The Player must Survive and Escape from this city.

First Thoughts

After Creating the first Top-Down sketch and Brainstorming the Basic Idea, I began building my Level in the Game Engine.

First, I created a basic White box with some basic meshes and some Simple AI placement.

The Player must sneak through this small town without Getting Caught.

Final Touches

Problem

This Specific Enemy can see the Player before they Drop Down.

Solution

I decided to add some Extra Cover to Block the Line of Sight.

Problem

Its Incorrect for the Player to be unable to see this Particular Enemy, as it follows a Specific Patrol Pattern and can suddenly appear to Detect the Player.

Solution

Lighting

In some points where the Player may get “Lost”, I have placed Green Lighting to Help them understand where they need to go.

Also, when they spawn, I place the first Green Light on the Player’s path to Signal that they need to go through the Green Light.
